Web Deisgn
SiNet Web Design Limited will build, implement and maintain your website(s) for the term of the contract.

Ownership
All Files contained within Your website will remain the property of SiNet Web Design Limited, unless they are provided by You as outlined in the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Files provided by you will be removed from the servers after 6 months following the frustration or termination of the contract.

There is also an option for you to buy all rights to the Brochure, News and Information website(s) designed for you by SiNet Web design Limited for a one off fee of £250.00per website and £350 per e-commerce site. In instances where you take this option for the rights to your web site, once all data has been provided to you, SiNet Web Design Limited accepts no responsibility for any loss or corruption to the files used to create your website(s).

Length of Contract.
All Contracts are issued for a term of 12 months. Renewal notices will be issued on the first working day of the eleventh month following the launch of your website(s).

Terms and Conditions Updated - 11th February 2009

Payment -
Updated Information - Payment is to be received no later than 14 days after your website(s) are signed off and implemented. Payment can be sent to SiNet Web Design Limited by BACS, CHAPS, Cash or cheque. Late payments will result in interest being added to your invoice for each 28 days payment is late at the current market rate or 5% whichever is greater.
Failure to make payment 120 days following the date of invoice(s) will result in further action and legal proceedings may be taken against you.
When this method of payment is taken, any work authorised by you and completed by SiNet Web Design Limited will be charged £30.00 per hour on a pro rata basis.

Any invoices issued by SiNet Web Design Limited prior to the update of 11th Febraury have upto 28 days to make payment. Late payments will result in interest being added to your invoice for each 28 days payment is late at the current market rate or 5% whichever is greater.
Failure to make payment 120 days following the date of invoice(s) will result in further action and legal proceedings may be taken against you.

Standing order payment
Payments made by standing order are to be recieved by the 5th working day of each month and no later. Late payments will result in interest being added to your invoice and will be rebilled on the 15th of the month to be received with your next payment on the 5th working day of the month.
If two payments are missed your website will be removed from the internet and further action and legal proceedings may be taken against you.
When this method of payment is taken, any work authorised by you and completed by SiNet Web Design Limited will be charged a flat rate £25.00 per hour.

Cancellation
You may cancel your services with SiNet Web Design Limited at anytime during the life of the contract, however, no refund will be given unless cancellation is requested in the first 28 days of the life of the contract (Refunds provided by SiNet Web Design Limited will be given less time charged at £30 per hour, domain and hosting registration fee(s)).
SiNet Web Design Limited may cancel your services at any time. SiNet Web Design Limited must give 28 days notice for any termination unless the contract is voided due to:

• Violent or threatening behaviour to any direct or indirect member or contractor associated with SiNet Web Design Limited.
• Failure to make payment 120 days following the date of invoice(s).
• Any direct or indirect link to terrorism including any links or support under the Terrorism Act 2005

Data Protection & Freedom of Information Act 1998
Personal information may be held and managed by members and organisations only associated by that of SiNet Web Design Limited. All contractors, sub contractors, and other such organisations connected to SiNet Web Design Limited have signed an agreement to protect and manage your data.
All data held about you will be destroyed after seven years following the termination of the final agreement between SiNet Web Design Limited and you.
If at any point you wish to request a copy of the data that is held about you, all requests must be made in writing and an administration fee may be charged. This request can only be made by the main signatory.
If at any time your data has been mismanaged SiNet Web Design Limited will conduct a full investigation into the circumstances of any incident upon request. However, if you wish to use a third party representative to conduct this investigation you may do so at your own cost.

You/Your/Yours - You, Your Company, Organisation, Sports Team, Your Governing Body, Your Committee.

Files/Data - Web Pages, Images, Videos, Flash Videos, Flash Images, Flash Documents, Documents, Spreadsheets, Zip or RAR Files, Presentation Files, Databases, Audio files, NFO/Information Files, Temporary Files, Executable Files.
